This business if full of crooks - took our trailer that was abandoned by a customer at a parking lot and did not inform us, the registered owner, that they had possession of the vehicle. After an extensive search, I located the trailer and the $5000+ bill attached to it. Their terms for recovery were more than necessary and they've put us through hell. Wish we had known how horrible this company was or we would have found our own towing company. They take advantage of people who are in unfortunate situations and will squeeze as much money as possible from you and make it is as difficult as possible to get your car back.
